In this case, Cicex carries out the complete management of the project. It is a luxury villa with a private pool on the frontline of La Noria Golf course, in La Cala de Mijas, a few meters from the beach, with a total of 546.90 m2 of which 216 m2 are indoor areas and 330.90 m2 are outdoor terraces.
The villa consists of two floors plus a basement, with large terraces that have been designed as an extension of the indoor areas.
It is a dwelling with high energy efficiency which includes aerothermal energy and the most advanced construction materials and finishes for sustainable behavior.
The distribution of spaces is designed according to the client’s requirements and following their lifestyle and preferences in the use of spaces, as well as according to his/her personal style of current industrial trend, predominated by black and gray colors in contrast to white on the facades.
